According to this women who are usually shut up within the four walls of the house have came out and done many good activities in the old churches and in the present churches. We come to know this from the Bible and the other Biblical writings. Man women in Nazareth have worked tirelessly for the welfare of the women's fellowship. In 1889 and 1890 Mothers Meetings were regularly conducted on Friday evenings. Pastors and teachers did research work on the Bible . It was the responsibility of the heads of families to give 'Sangam' to the church every month. In 1904 Rev. Margoschis established 'Women's Society" in order to encourage women also to contribute "Sangam" to the church and it was welcomed by one and all. Mother's Meeting is held regularly due to the hard work and prayer of the Missionaries. There are 150 members. On every Sunday this meeting is conducted at 2 p.m. under the guidance of some leaders . Responsibility in this matter is given to leader, secretary and treasure among women. Prayers are offered on every Wednesday in the church. Prayer meetings are held on every Monday at houses. On first Monday of every month Diocesan women's fasting prayer is conducted from morning till evening in the churches. Useful prayers, news and witness are given at that time. Soul winning work is done on every Thursday. Wise mothers go and preach the gospel from morning till evening. Many people take active part in the weekly gospel work, yearly gospel work and Vanaramutti gospel work. They also participate in women's conference and women's conventions and women's prayer fellowship without fail.
